Richard Skinner is involved in real estate development in Alaska, Oregon and Washington.
Currently he is employed at the Office Superintendent of Public Instruction involving, procurement, logistics and distribution of 20 million pounds of food and supplies per year throughout the state of Washington.
He has been avid support of farm-to school-programs with local farmers and growers across the state. He has most recently been the lead in the creation of a state wide purchasing coop that allows small public and private school districts to be able to source food service products at prices that were previously only accessible to large school districts.
